  • Tracking extract in automation studio

Tracking extract provides granular tracking data for email studio into external systems. This feature needs provisioning for your account, so make sure you request SF support to configure the extract type. You will also need to contact SF support to get them to enable the ‘include user agent’ information checkbox. Having a user Agent will allow you to overlay user agent data like operating system, email client, browser or device related to the open or click.
